Norman's summer art fair

This summer night we headed out to Norman's art festival where Beau won a contest for his art work.  He received a scholarship to some of the Firehouse art classes in the Fall.  We were so proud and excited for him.

 My four loves.

Kids could paint on different squares and this is the painting that won Beau a scholarship.
Way to go Beau-bear!!!  You have an amazing gift from the Lord that you will use for His glory.

Dancing for the King.

This was another precious summer night when Uncle Greggy, Aunt Laura and Oak came to see us.  We ended our time with a dance party to worship the King, sweet Jesus.  We also had our adopted uncle Samuel with us too...a room filled with our favorite people. perfect.

oh such mighty men of God!!!

A Superhero and summer fun day kinda day!

still catching up from the summer pics....

This day was Epic in the Bennett house!
We had so much fun dressing up and running all over the house being as "super" as we could be.
This was one of those summer days that you cherish forever...simple, full of life with the boys who won't want to dress up or be little much longer.

Oh Lord, help me to hold on to these moments.

Brooks ran into the room and asked while he struck his best Robin pose, "question mom, is Robin a christian? Just wondering."

 Naters, aka the HULK.
That's prophetic of this mighty man in the spirit.
This boy has the biggest heart in the world, full of SO much love!
Oh ya know, Captain America and Ms. Angry bird are super fond of one another.  He keep her not so angry most days because he's so stinkin' sweet!

CCB...that's our family motto.  CATALYTIC CHAIN BREAKERS...that's what this superhero team is about!  Isaiah 61

Rio, Brazil. Changed Forever...

Summer 2012 was an amazing, life changing summer for sure.
We took one of our training school trips this year to Rio, Brazil to serve and connect with a church there.  It was a trip like one we have never led before.  It was a trip of deep connection, maturing and intimacy. We were impacted and change by serving a churches vision, watching a church of absolute total abandonment to the gospel and to seeing His Kingdom come above all else.
We fell so much more in love with Jesus, the church in Rio, our church, HIS purposes in the earth, with our oldest Beau and Nate, and best team ever!

On our way!
Airport team time, testimonies and who's wedding ring could spin on the floor the longest.  We had a 9 hour layover....lots of games played!
 Sweet Megan and Naters
Pastor Aline, changed my life, loved me well, still loving me from afar.....dear friend forever.
HIGHLIGHT. Brazilian steakhouse.
Beau kept the  meat galore coming.
risk taker Larissa and crazy driver. Love this woman of God.

 Loved our beach time!

Having our adopted uncle Samuel on the trip made everything better!!
One of the most amazing views and beautiful places in the world

These pictures are very significant.  We ate these salads at least once or twice  day....
oh how I miss them!!
